  The machine took our bill twice . The clerk said " oh no, its OK .it just went once". WRONG. Came home and checked the bank and it had paid it twice. Called and asked for refund and was refused. Asked if we could take it out in merchandise and was refused. Was told they couldn't do anything . Would take 3 or 4 days. Smokn Joe's claim they have to call their corporste office to find out what could be done. Whenever is it right to keep someone's money like this. Called an Iowa City Joe's and they said the extra payment should have been refunded immediately. The bank told us we have to go through a filing paper process with then to give them the authority to delete the entry of error. Never again will Smokn Jirs get one red cent from us and others beware. We probably did wrong and should have stood our ground and called the cops. Its just like a robbery in plain daylight in plain sight.
